 This first phase helps parents create their own 30-40 hour per week home program. With the resources we have, we will help you create your home team, assess your child's needs, and begin the goal setting process. |

When creating your home team of aides, we will offer our experience and knowledge to ensure your home team will be successful.
o Helping you advertise for aides
o Assist with ideas of what to look for when hiring aides
o Help you design the structure of your team
o Help you schedule your team’s hours |

Assessments are required prior to conducting the Workshop to assist in goal creation and for later use in seeing the efficacy of the home program. We can either:
o Help you find a local facility that will assess your child, or
o Assess your child ourselves
If the assessment is conducted by our company, it can be conducted at any time prior to the Workshop unless the child lives more than 30 miles away. Then we would offer to conduct the assessment the day prior to the Workshop. |

| We will create an individualized plan with agreed upon goals prior to the Workshop. The goals will be created with the knowledge gained from the assessments, parent meetings, and any other information gathered. This plan will be the basis of the Workshop and consultations thereafter. Because the needs of the child and their family change, the plan may change as well. When, and if, the plan changes, the family will be informed. |
